This week marks the start of the 2011 United States Conference on AIDS (USCA), November 10-13 in Chicago. Secretary of Health and Human Services Kathleen Sebelius will speak at the opening plenary on Thursday, November 10. Related to these remarks, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has released an updated fact sheet on people living with HIV/AIDS and the Affordable Care Act.
