Walk On documents the inspirational journey of Joseph Kibler, a physically disabled 21 year old who was born HIV positive. Against all odds, and despite medical forecasts, Joseph has gone from wheelchair to walker; walker to crutches, and in 2008, he took his first steps with a cane.

Walk On follows Joseph as he physically trains for a lifelong goal, to walk 6.2 miles in the Los Angeles AIDS Walk. While he trains, Joseph educates and shares his message of hope by meeting with HIV/AIDS organizations, leading medical researchers, and newly infected individuals.
